Returns and Exchanges:

We understand that gifts for the Holidays may not need to be returned until after the New Year and have extended the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request period for the Holiday Season Only. All merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled, and suitable for resale) may be returned for exchange or refund. Merchandise must be returned with all documentation in the original container. No returns are accepted on custom or clearance items.

Shipping:

We recommend placing orders as early as possible to give us enough time to deliver the merchandise by Christmas. We do offer express shipping options. For orders shipped Express, over $99.99 please contact our customer support at info@adorabledollclothes.com for a quote. Express Shipping is guaranteed for 2 Day Delivery, USPS. This option should be added to your cart before check-out.
